Master Magnets manufacture a range of magnetic tubes and grids, for the removal of fine and general tramp iron to protect a product from metal contamination. The Mastermag range of grid magnets are manufactured from ferrite or rare earth magnetic tubes, depending on a customers application requirements. Most commonly installed into hoppers, chutes and ducts, magnetic tubes and grids are often used for applications in the food processing and ceramics industries. The grids are available in a range of circular or square housings to meet a customer's individual requirements. Optionally, a grid can be constructed with an easy clean draw system or an automatic pneumatic cleaning device to reduce production downtime.
